My name is Bertha Palacios Osborne, I am currently a freelance photographer living with my husband and pup in Bonney Lake, WA. Before focusing on photography I started my career as a documentary style videographer.
I have always looked for ways to improve my craft, and because of my love to learn everything that will help me grow not only in my profession, but also in my personal life, I am constantly studying, taking courses, and reading books, articles, etc. to absorb as much knowledge as possible. In doing so, my educational journey has taken me from Electronic Engineering to having an Associate of Applied Arts degree.
To graduate from the AAS program, I produced a documentary style video "Arreguin: The Calligraphy of a Genius", the profile of Alfredo Arreguin a Mexican painter and college professor residing in Seattle, WA. The video was broadcasted in King County, Pierce County, the Bellevue Art Museum, and the Smithsonian. Then I went into working for a non-profit organization where I produced various short videos for different fundraising events.
Now, I am looking forward to producing your own stories either by still photographs or short videos. My number one goal is to create stories that reflect your unique personality, by keeping your special memories alive through a priceless custom portrait or short video of you, your family, or pet.
